Most owners already know that armed teams are not always lawful, insurable or wanted. The harder question is what to put in their place, and how to show that the choice was made with care. You can order a written voyage assessment now, by email. Services are not for sale yet; we will launch them shortly, starting with Basic. That will add non-lethal products and training to what we can deliver. Assessments and products that do not need installation can be delivered worldwide. Crew training is given in the Netherlands in the first instance; we can also send a team elsewhere, including on board.

### Voyage security assessment

A written assessment of security exposure for one vessel or a fleet, based on IMO identity, intended or typical routes and cargo class. Delivered to the owner and the shore compliance lead. It is advice and evidence, not a legal determination and not an operations manual.

Sold now, by email quotation. Delivered worldwide as a written report. Often the first engagement. Does not require systems, training or a service tier.

## Coming with Basic

### Non-lethal products

Selected non-lethal products for the owner. Items that do not need installation can be delivered worldwide. Where installation is required, technicians work from major EU ports and the equipment becomes the owner's property. There is no rental fee and no per-voyage charge for that equipment.

### Crew training

Training for the people who will operate the systems: online modules and hands-on work, ending with certification for the systems the crew will use. Given in the Netherlands in the first instance. We can also send a team to another location, including on board the ship.

### Officers training (train-the-trainer)

A train-the-trainer course for ship officers, so they can train their own crew and keep skills current after the first crew course. Same geography as crew training: the Netherlands in the first instance, or our team on site, including on board.

## The hybrid offer

- **Onboard systems**: Selected non-lethal products. Items that do not need installation can be delivered worldwide. Where installation is required, the equipment becomes the owner's property. Coming with Basic; not sold on its own today.
- **Professional deployment**: Technicians handle delivery, installation, configuration and testing from Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Antwerp and other major EU ports, so the vessel can return to service.
- **Crew training**: People operate the systems. Crew training is given in the Netherlands in the first instance; we can also send a team elsewhere, including on board. Officers training (train-the-trainer) lets officers train their own crew and keep skills current. Coming with Basic; not sold on its own today.
- **Assurance platform**: Shore teams get a fleet view, maintenance and spare-parts support, and evidence they can show. The platform supports people; it does not replace the master and it does not fire systems.

## Programmes

- **Basic**: Coming soon. The first service we will launch: systems, training and core platform access in one setup, with a delivery and installation model that fits the vessel. Not for sale yet.
- **Standard**: Opens after Basic. The usual choice for a working fleet: everything in Basic, with scheduled maintenance, faster spare parts and a named technical account manager. Not for sale yet.
- **Premium**: Opens after Basic. For larger fleets that want agreed response times, tailored dashboards and a customer success manager alongside the technical account. Not for sale yet.
