Secure Sail Solutions is established in the Netherlands and is the controller for personal data we process (GDPR).

## This website

This static site does **not** set cookies (no banner), does not load third-party scripts, and does not run a contact form. Visiting the pages does not create a customer record here. That matches the Dutch cookie rules for a site that does not store or track.

If you email us, we process what you send (name, email, organisation, vessel or fleet facts you choose to include) to answer and, if you ask, to prepare a quotation. Legal bases: legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry, and contract steps if we quote.

A first request for a voyage assessment should be limited to organisation, IMO numbers of the ships in scope, corridor names and cargo class. IMO numbers are public hull identifiers, not a crew list. Do not send cargo manifests, crew lists, the ship security plan or other special-category operational files to the public mailbox unless we have asked for them on a controlled channel.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the public site for profiling.

## Rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, and you may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
