Standard
The Standard service is our most popular choice and offers enhanced support for most fleets. Include Basic Services, and adds on-site product configuration, dedicated training sessions, proactive maintenance scheduling with regular port visits, faster replenishment of consumables and spare parts, deeper integration with your fleet management systems, advanced compliance features and a dedicated technical account manager as your single point of contact.
Premium
The Premium service is our flagship offering for larger fleets and clients who want the ultimate integration and peace of mind. In addition to all Standard features, it provides full vessel security integration into your daily operations, priority response with guaranteed service levels, fully customised fleet-wide dashboards, direct coordination with your P&I Club for maximum possible insurance premium discounts, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager who acts as an extension of your own team.
No matter which service level you choose, our pricing structure stays simple and transparent: a one-time setup fee that covers the equipment, installation, initial training and platform activation, followed (only in the standard and premium services) by a fixed monthly subscription that includes all training, maintenance, replenishment, compliance reporting and support, with zero surprise costs and complete cost absorption by Secure Sail Solutions.
